FamilyNote is a personal reminder: the app nudges you to catch up, and you are the one who does. It is meant for private, family use.
What depends on your phone
Reminders are displayed by Android: a battery or notification setting can delay or silence them. Calls and messages go through your usual apps, under your carrier’s terms.
Your content
The names, notes and photos you save remain your responsibility. By choosing a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it.
Warranties
The app is provided as is, with care but without any guarantee of being error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for a missed reminder or lost data: remember the portable backup.
Changes
These terms may evolve with app updates. The version that applies is the one shipped with the app you are using.
